1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, our team will arrange for the return pickup.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in the form of a replacement item  We do  offer cash refunds.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide only in cash for future purchases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
