1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, our team will arrange for the return pickup.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in the form of a replacement item We do offer cash refunds.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide only in cash for future purchases.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
